Q: How can the number of dc outputs increase? is it possible to use the supply power for 13 pedals?

There is typically a current supply recommendation printed on the pedal,offer more than 10 pedals could be quite a heavy load. You may need to use two of these power supplies to be safe.

Q: I can't seem to charge this thing? Ive used a 5w and a 10w(20a) and I'm getting no inticator that it's charging?

Charging what?? this unit doesn't hold charge, it CHARGES your phone or whatever.

Q: Can I plug in more than one 9v 300 mA pedal?

Most basic pedals don't require 300 mA, even though they might specify that rating for a power supply. I'm running a Boss Blues Driver, a Boss OD-1X, a Timmy, Boss Delay and an A/B switch on this battery, and it works great. If you have a bigger multi-effects pedal, I would plug that into the 300 mA port. This battery lasts a long time, too. I've forgotten to charge it between gigs, and the charge indicator has always stayed green.

Q: Does it have a battery level indicator?

No it does not. I am not aware of any unit like this that does. Any pedal that has a led would normally be used to indicate low battery. I remove the batteries from the effects when using a power supply to avoid forgotten batteries that LEAK.
