Easy to swallow, and has kept me regular. Gave it 4 stars because I cant compare to any other product.

Doesn’t work
Been taking 8 capsules a day with meals; still no change in regularity. Will throw a full unused bottle and some of one since I don’t know what to do with the unused portion. Return window closed for returning. Finding another product that is more effective after a month.
