I have rh arthritis, particularly bad in my feet. After an illness I've been trying to increase my walking (7k steps) but its made the joints in my feet very sore. Also have a very high arch so shoes generally are uncomfortable.Took the original insoles out of my extra wide trainers (the original insole is too long), fitted the valsole. Immediately noted it fit the trainers perfectly (unlike the original insoles included with the trainers). Put my feet in the shoes, had to leave the trainers slightly looser but my goodness, it was like my feet were being hugged in cotton wool.The underside of my feet are actually relaxing (I can feel the muscles relaxing) and I went instantly from discomfort even while sitting to comfort. My feet feel like they are glowing lol. Walking using the valsoles feels slighty odd (I can feel the high instep support) but very very comfortable.

Only just got them,fits in the shoes easily enough and nice and snug.seem like they will be comfortable.

Got these fitted in me work boots now and I've not had any blisters in my feet at all, so all in all they are an excellent buy

I purchased these on the advice of a friend who after just one week of using them found that he no longer had plantar fasciitis symptoms. Fabulous I thought, I've had it for months and tried many types of insets so I was excited to try these!Unfortunately though they are all too tall to fit my shoes. They fit the length, so the size is accurate, but the arch is too high meaning that there is no room in my shoes for my foot. I've tried them the different types of shoe including trainers and work shoes but alas I've not found one that both the insert and my foot will fit into.I decided not to return on the basic of my friends experience as I'm hopeful they'll fit in my winter boots which have more room. Time will tell though!It's hard to rate them as I've not actually be able to use them but based on my friend I think 3 star is fair.UPDATE: I have new trainers that they can fit inside and after a days walking round with my youngest my heel felt fine. I still think 3 star is right though given I can only fit them into one set of shoes I owe.

Fantastic first time over 3 months I was able to do my 12 shift without any pain on my feet .

This is no long term test but my initial reaction is very positive!. They are so comfortable and support my feet in all the right places. My averagely comfortable trainers are now super comfortable.Some negative points. No metatarsal support and no adjustable arch support. You get what you pay for and for many people, these will be perfect.
