No Support for Instalation from anybody including the Manufacturer.
This may be the best product on the planet, but if it does not work for a customer, it is worthless for anybody. I could not get support from Amazon Expert, even though he tried his best and no reply on email from seller as well.First time in my life I faced a company who will proudly say that we do not support their product(R710) without any reason. What kind of company this can be be, guys you figure out. The product is useless, if it can not be installed to work for your advantage. Do not waste money if you are not an IT.

It is not Unleashed, and Ruckus won't answer support questions
It was shipped with the wrong firmware, so it can't be used unleashed without flashing it with new firmware. I have bought 5 other R710s from Amazon, and they all came with the correct firmware and I managed get them working without any help from Ruckus. Beside these problems, the R710 is a great product.

One of the fastest 802.11ac wave2 AP's I've seen yet
Using a Pixel 3XL I can achieve 610mbps fast.com speed test. pixel slate gets 880mbps on fast.com. Hands down beats my Ubiquiti UAC-AP-HD's. Both units i ordered shipped with unleashed firmware.However those complaining about units shipping w/o unleashed, you can download the unleashed firmware from support.ruckuswireless.com and install it, "converting" the AP to unleashed. As long as the model is supported on unleashed firmware you can install it regardless of what the AP shipped with.

Not Unleashed
The first 5 i got were unleashed, but when i ordered a 6th it was NOT unleashed...

Not the unleashed version
This access point is not the unleashed version like the ad says. I was sent a second one as well and it is not the unleashed version either. I am returning both of them.

Great product but BEWARE
Ruckus R710 is a great device, but if you buy them off Amazon Ruckus won't support it. I contacted Ruckus and they told me so. Even if the underlying seller in the marketplace is a Ruckus authorized/VAR reseller, if bought through Amazon you are on your own. Devices from an authorized seller will cost $100s more.
