I have been taking this product for about 30 days now. I have arthritis in my shoulder, a torn labrum in my hip, high blood pressure and type 2 diabetes. Since taking the pills, I have felt much better. The pain in my shoulder and hip has been reduced to almost nothing. I have more energy and my BP and sugar levels have been consistently in range. I’m sleeping better at night and wake up feeling refreshed. Can’t do without it now!

I didn’t like the label because the content didn’t list the amount of iodine. Iodine is the biggest concern when it comes to sea moss because it’s a factor in thyroid function. Over consumption of iodine can cause very serious health problems. Irish 500 Bladderwrack 500 =1000 in supplementation which is the limit…………..Dairy iodine Seafood iodine just a few Are you getting to much? Thanks for reading:-) I love sharing Dr. Food

Great product, gives me energy

I take mine on an empty stomach.. it is just fine.

I was using sea moss gel prior to trying this product. I liked the results of the gel, but found that pill form is "more effective" so gave this a shot. My immune system seemed to go really low after a little over a week and I became very sick for almost 3 weeks!! ( was using the sea moss pills everyday since it says to take for about a month to see results). I didn't see any results or shift of anything besides my immune system was bad and I was sick for a while. After I stopped taking them I felt better and healed quicker. My headaches were also worse when I took them , and now they aren't as bad after I stopped. I did not see any changes in pain relief in joints, etc.
