I would recommend this product if you have Issues with your digestive system. So far it’s doing good. 👍

About five years ago, my physician added Gentian and Ginger Capsules to the supplements that I was then taking for purposes of regulating both stomach and colon function. This was necessary by virtue of my extensive travel schedule out of the country and the different foods I consumed which frequently caused digestive problems.The product has proven to be an important addition to my daily supplement mix providing improved digestive function along with timely relief of stomach and related problems due to jet lag and dietary challenges.

I never get heartburn only with some medications but this supplement caused heartburn symptomsAnd it made me constipated.

My husband has relied on ginger for years to aid with his occasional stomach issues, including nausea. Although he likes to have some capsules available for travel convenience, he normally prefers to use the bulk ginger powder. No knowledge of the other ingredient, gentian, but in any case, the ginger powder form is far more cost effective for us -- and works great.

These are great for an upset stomach, really can't go wrong with these ingredients!

I've taken ginger caps off and on for years for minor stomach issues. I tried these for several days after spicy meals, and they were as effective as the ginger I'm used to taking. The capsules don't have a taste or an aftertaste, and I found them easy to swallow. I haven't encountered the Wise Woman brand before, but overall I was impressed and would try the brand again.

Tried these with a couple meals so far - first time they were very helpful. I've seen this brand on the practitioner website I order supplements from but this is the first time I've used it and I am satisfied.I have another supplement for "lectin control," which is now out of production and I've been milking the end of the bottle - my usual way of eating is mostly protein (meat) and veg, but sometimes I round it out with grains or legumes and need digestion assistance. Had black beans two nights in a row: first night used these and second used the lectin control formula. The lectin control seemed to help process the beans slightly better (10-20% less painful upon waking for the morning constitution), but I think for less challenging food these herbs are all I need. My body definitely perks up around this formula, I like the ginger & gentian for my system.

I have digestive issues that are enough to bother me but not really a diagnosable problem. I have to be careful what I eat, especially when traveling. I ordered these based on a friend's recommendation and am happy I did. I seem to have less issues when I take these, and my body responds well to ginger. The price is reasonable and I would definitely recommend them, especially if you have traveler's stomach issues.
