donwload the EASYFLASH PRO into my phone, It seem this product is amazing but is not. It download the pictures but I tried to see them in my computer and never saw nothing it is empty. I tried several time and O have nothing in the FLASH DRIVE ( 4 in 1 Multi funtion USB flash drive")I wanted to return the item but I do not have confidence in this company I do not know if they can get the picture files etc.. and later those info, will be in the market. Please BE CAREFUL selecting the guaranty, the company need to have the ability to recover our picture file etc... at not cost.

Works perfectly and easily. Stores twice as many GB as the PhotoStick at less than half the cost. I am very happy with my purchase.

I mainly purchased the product to transfer photos and videos from my iPhone to my laptop. I found that it does get the job done, but has a few quirks. Product support people were responsive and helpful.IMPORTANT NOTES:• All pictures will transfer to the thumb drive and then onto your computer, however items which are visible in your photo library that are “Shared” from some source will not appear in the EasyFlash Pro photo list until you go into the cell phone library and select “Save shared photo/video to library”. That option will be visible when viewing the photo/video in your cell phone library.• All videos will transfer to the thumb drive and display properly from the thumb drive on your cell phone. However, videos that were created with the phone in a vertical position will not be viewable on your computer using the standard Windows Media Player. You will need to get the “Cool File Viewer” software from the Microsoft Store; it’s free opensource code.Note that there is also a “Coolle File Viewer” which is not the one you want.• When you are done using the thumb drive on the computer, select “Eject” on the top of the Windows Explorer window before removing the thumb drive from the USB port. I don’t know if it really causes a problem or not, but it is recommended.

I took this to be like a photo stick that you plus in and it searches out all your photos. I plug it into my phone and it says is additional storage and does nothing. If I remove it I have to reboot my phone. It say device removed defective?!

This was very easy to use and was able to save pictures from my phone and free up space on the phone

The flash drive works and plugs into both iPhone and USB3. The mechanism to move back and forth is very very cheap and basically useless. You have to manually hold it in place and awkwardly shove it in but it does work. Would like to see both permanently in place since there is no way something cheap like this could handle that kind of mechanical movement.

Excellent product!! Super easy to use - even for a tech challenged person like myself - just plug and play. Opened up a ton of storage space on my phone - time to take some more photos!!

Presenta fallas, al tratar de eliminar carpetas marca error, al igual que al copiar fotos también marca error y no permite copiar algunas fotos, me decepcionó el producto. Porque por el precio pensé que era muy bueno el producto
