Pot good, infuser not.
The infuser is held to the pot by these three really chintzy metal tabs that will NOT stay put--they basically eject all the time, and they hold very loosely if at all so it's very difficult to get the lid off without pulling the entire infuser completely out of the pot. Really annoying. Pot is excellent, though, no complaints there. The handle feels really sturdy but is thin so I'd worry about micro-cracks suddenly causing the handle to break off, these tend to develop if you put glass in the dishwasher.

Love this pot
Love this pot. I use this every day/night. I personally make 6ish cups of tea each night in this pot, let cool and then stick in the fridge for cold tea in the morning. I have used with and without the loose leaf strainer, works well either way. Easy to clean and the stainless parts have stood up well (no rust). It is of course glass and can break but it seems quite sturdy and I have not broken it yet. I would like to note, the handle does NOT get to hot to touch when boiling water on the stove, makes handling much easier.

Overall fantastic! Couple of annoyances
Overall fantastic! Couple of annoyances: (a) the top handle gets hot and (b) when pouring liquid out it sometimes goes over the list area.

pour slow or else it will drip everywhere
It keeps the water hot which I really like but I need to pour slowly otherwise the tea will overflow and pour on the table.

Make brewing an experience
Love this teapot! I brew tea just about every day for lunch. And I really appreciate such an elegant piece of cookware to help me get the job done. I usually boil about 23ozs of water and originally thought this pot might be too big. But it's perfect. The larger size gets the water up to boil quick.

Lid issues
Like the way it looks, sturdy glass. We wanted the largest capacity we could find. The spout is small and with the lid in place it dribbles unless poured VERY slowly. The ring that holds the basket and the top that fits into the ring are both very hard to remove from the pot, a real struggle as you try to remove it to be able to pour better. I may try and replace the little metal ball knob on the lid with something that is easier to grasp and does not get as hot.

A nice size for a group
This is a large tea pot, it does well for serving groups. It is what it looks like. A teapot that was steep tea when hot water is added. It will not keep the water warm, he will need a burner for that but it poured well, steeped well, and was a nice size.
