I’ve been taking melatonin for over 10 years and never have I had such horrific, angry and frightening nightmares. I’m used to strange or unsettling dreams with taking melatonin, but this was different. I don’t know where the stuff is made (they don’t bother to tell you on the packaging ) or what else they may have put in it, but I’ll never buy it again. This was very unusual.

The advertisement says "Fast Dissolve", however, it is not. I took two of the 12mg pills (normally would one 12mg pill would suffice), it didn't work at all. I went up to four pills and still no results (wide awake most of the night), the pills are basically Starch (sodium starch glycolate), but it is unlikely that there is much melatonin, if any, in them.One more important detail; the label does not list where this product is manufactured. I returned the product and went with a brand that doesn't make false claims.

I’m someone who has difficulty sleeping so I decided to give this brand a try. Unfortunately, it doesn’t seem to agree with me. Also, they’re quite large and harder to swallow. The price and quantity is very good, but they’re not for me.

I will say this company (or whoever sells this medicine) keeps their word, bottle had a BOGO sticker on bottle and they could have acted like they didn't get my email or say it expired NOPE they sent it free of charge! Take with plenty water to wash them down. They work fast due to not being coated, which is one less thing your putting in your body which is a PLUS!

I take Melatonin to help me sleep. This product works, it's the best price, quantity and 12 mg for the money. It arrived ahead of schedule and packed well. I highly recommend ordering this product. The caplets are easy to swallow.
