Great supplement
I was recently diagnosed with having low selenium levels so I bought this to boost them before I had surgery. The smell from the bottle is absolutely disgusting so don’t let it put you off because this is the smell they are meant to have I recommend trying to swallow them as quickly as you can, otherwise you get to taste it as well, but they have been a great product because they brought my levels back up to normal in six weeks highly recommended
