Convenient ladder.
I specifically used this ladder for my attic access. It is quite capable for tight places, opening and closing, and storage. Easy to use and lightweight. Recommended.

Will smash your fingers.. Iffy it will hold you up..
Seemed like a good ladder for an RV, time will tell if that is a fact.Extending the ladder is manageable. Kind of get a few rungs up and then extend the feet out. The safety bars are on upside-down though. Seems a design flaw, as flipping them to actually do what they are supposed to will place them higher than the storage position.Collapsing the ladder is a gamble. You will smash your thumbs. It involves releasing 4 locks, while holding the highest rung, but the rung below will only go half way so it ends up falling while you hold the top one.. user beware..It does seem like a decent ladder at a decent price. Not sure I’m going to ever completely trust it, something about plastic in critical areas and high places..Otherwise it seems built good, it’s heavy and the bottom posts must be 2” diameter. Maybe could use a collapsible segment at the bottom that comes out to improve stability.

Sturdy
This a great little ladder and very sturdy. It telescopes down and out of the way when not in use. It was a very good pricing on it also

Fantastic customer service
I needed a ladder that would enable me to reach light fixtures on a 10 ft ceiling and would be transportable in my car. This ladder fit the bill. It worked perfectly well when I first used it but when I took it out to use about a month later, a small piece broke off one of the rungs. It was a week past the Amazon return period so I reached out to the seller. I explained this situation and sent a photo. They concluded it couldn't be fixed so they sent a replacement that I received the following week. Their communication on the matter was very quick and they sent follow ups to ensure I knew the status of the shipment. As with all these types of ladders, you need to be careful when opening (ensure all locks click into place) and closing (hold up the rung above as you unlock the rung below). I already had a 12 ft extendable ladder (used for cleaning gutters); none of these will be as steady as a "non-collapsible" ladder (at this weight) so you need care in climbing.

One rung broke while I was standing on it
I'm not even close to the weight rating for this ladder but after maybe 5 or 10 uses one of the rungs collapsed on one side while I was climbing it. Thankfully I have quick reflexes, it seems, because I jumped off and wasn't hurt but it could have ended differently. The pins were locked in on the rungs so I'm assuming that one of the pins failed but its difficult to tell without tearing it apart. I contacted the company to ask for a new one, although I question whether I want to use another one of these, or a refund and while they responded initially, presumably to meet Amazon's response time requirements, they asked that we communicate off the platform and that I send them a video showing the issue. I did but that was probably a month ago and they haven't responded since. Also, as others have noted, you also need watch your fingers when collapsing the rungs! You definitely need to push the release latch on one side in, hold the rung that you are collapsing, and then push the release latch on the other side. If you push them both at the same time, the rung will slam shut on the one below it. When you push the first release latch in it won't feel as if it has disengaged but it has.It seems like these no name brand telescoping ladders are kind of a commodity item on Amazon so I doubt this issue is specific to this seller but I'll spend the extra money and get a name brand one next time.

Too Much Flexing
I love the portability of his ladder and the 20 ft reach but the downside to this portable extension ladder is when you get up to extending it almost to its Max it's very scary to climb up to the top it flexes too much for me and I can say this because I've been using all types of ladders for over 25 years I'm an electrician so for a ladder to scare me that speaks volumes I've never been scared on a ladder maybe some rigidity needs to be added to this portable ladder that will make people feel a lot safer going up it when it's fully extended
