2 अक्टूबर 2021 को खरीदा गया, जिसकी 6 महीने की वारंटी थी। मैंने खरीद के बाद से कुल 25 से 30 घंटे तक उपयोग किया है। ध्वनि की गुणवत्ता ठीक थी, लेकिन माइक का प्रदर्शन अनिश्चित था... खासकर जब बाहर। हालाँकि मुझे सबसे बड़ा झटका 10 अप्रैल को मिला, जब मैंने देखा कि राइट साइड ईयरबड उपयोग के 5 से 7 मिनट के भीतर बंद हो गया, जबकि लेफ्ट साइड ईयरबड ने सामान्य रूप से प्रदर्शन किया (और अभी भी सामान्य रूप से प्रदर्शन कर रहा है)। आगे अध्ययन करने पर, ध्यान दिया कि जब दोनों ईयरबड्स को तुरंत अपने केस से हटाते हैं तो बैटरी की स्थिति @100% दिखाई देती है, लेकिन अगले 3 से 5 मिनट के भीतर दाईं ओर के ईयरबड का बैटरी स्तर लगभग 30% तक गिर गया ... और कुछ ही मिनटों में बन गया शून्य (बाईं ओर 100% पर रहा)। कुछ ही दिनों में समस्या बढ़ गई और दाईं ओर का ईयरबड 5 मिनट में पूरी तरह से विफल हो गया। मई की शुरुआत में एमआई अधिकृत सर्विस सेंटर से संपर्क करने पर, उन्होंने मुझे तीन चीजों पर शिक्षित किया ... 1. वारंटी 6 महीने में समाप्त हो गई थी (वारंटी के तहत उत्पाद एमआई द्वारा बदल दिया जाता है), 2. वारंटी के बाद उत्पाद में कोई सेवा समर्थन नहीं है ( सेवा का भुगतान भी नहीं किया) और 3. उत्पाद की मरम्मत नहीं की जा सकती। तो मेरे प्रतिष्ठित प्रीमियम Redmi Earbuds 3 Pro की कीमत लगभग रु। वारंटी समाप्त होने के लगभग तुरंत बाद 3K कूड़ेदान में समाप्त हो गया है। मुझे MI/Redmi जैसे ब्रांड से ऐसी उम्मीद नहीं थी। दूसरों को इस उत्पाद से दूर रहने की सलाह दें

Audio Is too low. Design and Build quality is good. None other than nothing great.
It's not Suitable for PC and gaming. Audio is breaking a lot and it's very irritating for the ears, when playing pc games or watching movies in pc. I have bought and replaced two of these products and both have those same problems. And certainly audio quality is not so great and it's very low. There is no customisation available for this device. Price is ridiculously high for this kind of product. Don't buy it for this price.

Not working left side
I have order this product an I too excited for the product but when I receive the product I found that the product is not worthy I mean it’s not working I tried all steps as shown on manual I even tried to explore from other source but it’s not working. Finally I returned the product
