We love Uni Solve for quick, pain-free removal of Dexcom sensors!
These have been a huge help in replacing Dexcom G7 glucose monitor sensors. Regular rubbing alcohol wasn’t working, and she felt like the adhesive was tearing her skin off every time we had to replace them. Now we simply take a Uni Solve pad, tear a corner off the package, and drip the solvent directly onto the tape and side of the sensor where it meets the skin. The solvent penetrates and soaks in, turning the underlying adhesive into a slimy goop. The outer tape ring practically falls off, and with a little upwards traction and dripping a second Uni Solve pad into the base of the sensor, the sensor lifts off with the probe intact every time. Finish with a third wipe to remove the melted goop adhesive residue that remains on the shiny and wash with soap and water….done!

Strong smell
It works to remove the bandage cover easier but I don't like the smell, very strong and chemically. Although I don't like the smell, it works as it should. I just wear gloves when I use it.

Seem good for free style Libre adhesive removal
I have trouble getting the adhesive off my skin from free style Libre sensors . I have used alcohol and acetone and had no luck, tried these and works fine. Smells like acetone to me, but either way works. As far as 4 stars instead of 5 stars, I don’t give 5 stars to almost anything, something has to be perfect and that’s hard to do,I feel the cost isn’t as low as I’d like , but still fair.

Fantastic product!
These are a must have for changing CGMs or pump pods for kids. When my son was first diagnosed with type 1, we tried to remove the dexcom without this, and it took so long and was a terrible experience. With these, I just wipe the pad around the adhesive and can easily pull it off. These are a life saver!

Must need for CGM and Insulin Pods Removal
Currently 30 weeks pregnant. At 9 weeks, I was put on Dexcom G7, which is changed every 10 days. I didn’t know about adhesive removers until I bought an aftermarket overpatch that mentioned using it for removal. Bought this one since it was the first one to arrive and I’m so glad I did. It’s nice it’s individually wrapped and there’s enough liquid in it to pour out onto the adhesive plus using the actual pad. There is an odor but honestly it doesn’t bother me, that’s saying a lot becuase I’m pregnant and my sense of smell is heightened for sure lol.At 24 weeks, I was put on an insulin pump which is changed daily. I don’t even use an aftermarket overpatch for it due to the frequency of changing the pump out but these adhesive wipes make it such a breeze to remove. With the Dexcom overpatches I got aftermarket, I SOMETIMES have to use two wipes (one to actual remove the device plus adhesion and another to clean up and residual adhesive left on the skin) because of how well they adhere to the skin but there isn’t any sort of scrubbing or redness or any additional effort to remove the adhesive by any means. When I was hospitalized and had 2 IVs in my arms, the adhesive leftover from their tape couldn’t be removed with just soap and water alone, these wipes did the trick. Thee most important thing to note out of all of this is that there is MINIMAL pain with removing/changing these devices thanks to these wipes! Highly recommend.
