Quality made and comes in various pounds light to heavier pounds!
I love these weights. I bought these for low intensity lifting exercise. I'm in my 60's so I don't too heavy lifting. Just want to build some muscles in my arms and legs. These were perfect because I can wrap them around my wrists and ankles instead of having to lift something in my hands and losing grip or getting a cramp in my hands.

A little bulky
I’ve been wearing these 2.5 lb weights on my ankles while walking on my walking pad which seems to work ok. They are a little bulky so I don’t think I could wear them on a walk outside. I think they are too big to wear on my wrists.

It fits well around ankles for leg lifts.But, make sure secured if using on wrists for your arms or they will fall and knock you out if you put arms over head.
