Plenty of Inspiration
This is a beautifully produced book and a very good read. Would make an excellent gift for someone or a treat for yourself. Lovely photos and sound advice for someone who wants to sort out their space.

Interesting Book
For anyone who has already done this in their home, there is not much in there that you don't already know. It is great for inspiration. After reading the reviews I thought I would be discovering something I had not already done or contemplated but it is all very obvious to me.

Great book
I took a lot away from this book. It’s not cheap, but I think it’s worth it.

A bit too ‘jokey’
This was interesting and there some useful tips in there which had not crossed my mind before but the delivery was a little too chatty and colloquial which got annoying in places (unless you like this approach). Appreciated the attempt at making decluttering mindful however there were some areas which assumed privilege such as the ‘thinking abundant thoughts’ concept, not bothering to re-sell stuff (agreed, some stuff isn’t worth the effort but not everyone can afford to do this) or investing in expensive storage solutions (those matching seagrass baskets and labeled food bins soon add up!) There were also a few lengthy journalling exercises which, if you’re low on spare time, are not too practical. That said, her ‘room by room’ and 15 minutes chunk approaches to decluttering are better for people who find a ‘blitz the entire property in one go’ approach too overwhelming.

Great de-cluttering guide
Breaks the de-cluttering exercise down into small chunks with lots of suggestions as to how to start the process and stay de-cluttered. American - so lots of the suggested charities etc will mean nothing to most of us but the principles are the same.

Inspiring read
Bought this book for my mother, daughter and daughter in law. All found it an excellent tool for rethinking the way they organise their homes. Much if it common sense but lots of useful and practical tips especially for those with busy lives and limited space.

Lovely book - poor packaging
Lovely book. It is however frustrating that it came somewhat damaged at the corners. Amazon really need to package books better to prevent damage.
