I bought this about two weeks ago or so thinking “sure I’ll give it a try I guess”. Honestly. The first time I tried it, running along my jawline from chin to earlobe… it was so bumpy it felt like speed bumps. Was like alright maybe I’m doing it wrong. I wasn’t. My entire face was bumpy the first couple of times. But now?! It’s smooth rolling, my face actually looks smoother at angles and the puffy under eyes I usually had are just gone. Idk where they went but I no longer look swollen? Tired? It coulda been from my very strong glasses prescription but normal people wouldn’t guess that. I picked up some jojoba oil to try along with it and now it’s just like a comfort thing that I do nearly everyday.I didn’t have any issues with the delivery and the quality/durability of them doesn’t seem to be questionable at all, no squeaks or falling apart (like I’ve seen on some reviews).I’m actually really glad I decided to get this on a curious whim!I have not tried the v disk thing yet but I WILL. I’m simply happy with the roller. I like the nice jade color on gold and it’s cool to the touch.

My daughter loves using this nightly. She keeps in in a small desk top refrigerator. She loves the cooling effect, the design, easy to use. The build quality is good. It is very functional. The color looks just like the picture.

Perfect weight and handle hold. The rolling of the jade is cool and then can heat up as it rolls in your face.

The items were quite nice. However, the Jade Roller Box, not sent in a shipping box. So the main box was damaged and dirty. The Jade Roller Box is sturdy and has a nice magnetic closure. It would’ve been great to keep the jade roller in if the box hadn’t been damaged and dirty.
