DO NOT BUY - Will not honour Guarantee
I purchased this toy for my dog in July 2023. I was drawn in by the “lifetime” guarantee. Within 7 month, my dog ripped off pieces of the toy. I contacted RuffDawg for a replacement and was told that this seller is unauthorized and would not receive a replacement from the manufacturer. I then contacted the seller, GiftsCircle and was told it’s a 30day return period. The seller’s advertising is completely misleading.

The first time we bought this product it took our lab/shepherd mix 6 months to tear it up. We purchased the one listed on the picture. This was delivered on September 5th. So it has only lasted a little over one month. I don’t know if the product material was changed or what but definitely not as durable as the first one which was the exact same one in the picture.
