Really love this product! We have ordered this at least 4 different times in 4 different sizes and is consistant always! Does a great job of protecting the mattress, is durable and is easy to clean when it does get something on it. It has a towel material feel on top and a stretch nylon like fabric on the sides to go over the mattress. There are a ton of sizes. It’s easy to install in that you put it on like any other fitted sheet and it does stay well, I’ve never had a problem with it falling off. It will get stained if you get something on it and don’t wash it soon after but we’ve never had any problems with that since it goes under the actual fitted sheet. Very happy with this product and hopefully you like it too

This protector has been very helpful in our bed wetting efforts.When it arrived, there was no unpleasant odor to the item. I did wash it and dry it on low temp before first use.The fabric is not “noisy” at night.It does a nice job of protecting the mattress before wetness can damage. I do remove sheets immediately however. I cannot attest to sheets that may be left for periods of time.I’ve washed the protector several times now and I always dry on a low setting. It seems to have not lost its effectiveness.I am very happy with this product.
