Its a really nice vitamin b mix, nothing in it harsh enough to mess up your daily diet. If you like to drink energy drinks this is a good replacement for obvious reasons( no sugars, syrups, mystery chemicals). Plus its a mild enough complex to allow you to drink energy drinks on it without overloading your system. To a certain extent of course. For sure great product will buy again!

I had recently been taking a green tea supplement for energy instead of coffee. I began to feel like it wasn’t working and wanted to try something else. I heard vitamin b was a good option and after some research decided to settle in this brand. I was not disappointed. I noticed the effects after a few days and there is no nasty aftertaste. I would definitely recommend to others.

This supplement should come with a serious warning. I had a terrible reaction to it, face, neck, extremities burning and bright red. My throat swelled and I tossed down two benadryls and hoped they would work before I had to call an ambulance. After 30 min things calmed down. I’ve never had a reaction to anything before. So scary- I wish I had had a warning before I took them.

Sadly, I had to stop taking these. I did feel more energy while on them..but either the Niacin amount is way too high, OR I had an allergic reaction to them in the 1st 2wks of taking. The reaction occurred the 1st week and was brief (few minutes) and mild. But, then week 2, I took the capsule one day and within 5-10 minutes, my WHOLE body was HOT and felt like I was being pricked all over with a pin. It lasted for over 30 minutes. Very odd!

Both myself and my husband began taking the vitamin B complex daily and we have more energy than ever. We both feel less fatigued through out the day and my hair is fuller and my nails are not as brittle as they used to be. We both have a very busy schedule and the supplement is a great way to get all 8 of the B vitamins.

Too many B-Vitamins! I think it actually has the values posted. II just didn't think it would effect like me it did. High levels of nervousness, heart palpitations, was a bad experience. I opted for some stuff that only had about 500% of daily value, not 5000% (like this) instead.

Since I started taking this 2 weeks ago I have felt more energy at work and getting through the day. It's also helped me recover quicker after a night out. Great product.
