Works just as stated..i ordered two of them one was a Christmas gift ...i was a bit startled when i first open the bag after putting in bananas and then in the fridge..peelings were all brown..but when i peeled the banana it was just as i had first purchased it and was still that way and the rest of the bananas a little over a week latter still like new when peeled... Great for a single person who does not want to go to the store every two days to buy bananas , as i do not like them once they start turning to soft

I put green bananas from the same bunch in the and on the counter. They all ripened at the same time.

Hello- The closure part of the bag is poorly stitched so the stitching that holds the drawstring together is falling apart.So the bad can not be closed and defeat the reason I purchased the bag / item.I would like a replacement or complete refund.

I have purchased this product to preserve my bananas for more than one week. When sitting out on the counter they turn mushy within 5 days I usually buy two bunches a week. I place the green bananas in the bag inside the refrigerator and when I take them out several days later after eating the ripened ones I see that they turn black. It's not the best look but the fruit is preserved inside but still has a firm texture like I am eating a green unripened banana. I think I need to keep them out and ripen them a few days then put them in the bag to slow down the process. I don't like the taste of green bananas. The black skin is very unappealing, I will try something different and see if I get a better outcome. I guess this product can be used for various types of vegetables if it doesn't make my bananas exactly how I like them to taste then it was a waste of money. It has a nice interior and I guess it's washable but I'm not going to attempt that. Hope that helps.

This is the dumbest waste of money I have ever spent. This product does not keep your bananas from turning brown. It actually turns them black and disgusting. DONT BUY UNLESS YOU HAVE MONEY TO WASTE.. it took me two weeks before I used it and then two weeks of trying different things with that bag and nothing helped and now it's too late for me to get my money back so I am out of my money so learn from my mistake.

The bag works as advertised for extending the life of bananas, and I have recommended it widely. But this is the second bag I have had a problem with the stitching coming undone as can be seen in the attached photos. (The seller did replace the first one) You can also see I've stapled the areas on each side where the stitching has come undone. If not for this problem I would have given it the highest rating. Hopefully the seller will see this and take corrective action.

we liked the concept, but discouraged in our bananas spoiled quicker than advertised. we bought the green bag also for our greens but if one does not work why bother.

I purchased this bag, placed my bananas in it and put them in the frig, I forgot about them until today, the bananas were perfect, not mushy at all !!!!!!!! TWO WEEKS IN THE REFRIGERATOR
