I retired to Costa Rica . I do more baking now . I made a fantastic Nut and Chocolate Chip Tart with it. Everyone that bakes should have this.

Nice pan. Only downside is that it is actually 8.5 inches. Not 9 as advertised. So if using a recipes for 9 scale down or expect a little excess.

The Marx 9-inch nonstick quiche pan is just what I expected. I ordered it as a gift for a neighbor, and she loves it!! The removable bottom is something she wanted, and she said it works beautifully. I have enjoyed several things my neighbor has fixed in this pan -- Mmmmm!!!!

Good buy
This would be a five star review if the pan didnt have a small dent when it arrived. However it worked amazing and my tart slid right out without breaking. I can't wait to use again
