I enjoyed the message. It was also a quick read. He hasn't disappointed yet. This is a classic that everyone should read.

I bought this book as a gift after reading a copy I found at a used book store. I wanted to share the knowledge I gained.

The first time I heard the title it was the original book AAMT and I didn't have the desire to read it being it was male based. in my discovery of the female version, I knew that was my choice. My first reading of this book was in 2014 with simplistic satisfaction. I recognize a painfilled matter, dealt with it and moved on. About 2 weeks ago while in conversation, the book came up again. Being my copy is not with me I made the purchase in digital form and began reading, this time with an excitement which wasn't present the first time. This time there was an intent, a purpose,. this time I would go on a hunt and take my time to pull out what was necessary. I did so and grateful for the time to have made for me, my life, and my thoughts.AAWT is a book all woman should read while it is a book only available to those who choose to see and find. It isn't about a challenge, it is about honesty and self-care.My best to those who make the choice. The only person you will find at the endof your dig will be you and from there all goodness can start if desired.

This book was not worth the money. It looks like someone just photocopied and staples it together

By far the worst book ive bought 😢

My daughter did read this book and she seemed to enjoy it ....think it draws one into a mindfulness and meaningful context where one feels unified and content.
