This tiny laminator meets many expectations and exceeds many others. It heats up reasonably quickly (the manual indicates approx. 3-5min for warmup; it's not ever taken more than 3min for me), and maintains a consistent temp during use without fear of overheating (I've run the machine for periods of 12-15min, and temp remained constant throughout).It can be a bit tricky to perfectly align the sheet being fed into the machine (as there are no real "guide rails"), but the machine is forgiving enough that even a noticeably-crooked feed still produces a properly laminated final product, with only the slightest edge-curl.Because of it's compact size, the laminator cools quickly. By the time I've hole-punched and organized my laminated documents, the machine is cool enough to be unplugged and returned to storage.I have Elementary and Middle school-aged kids, and they've all been able to use the laminator with minimal supervision (i.e., it's extremely simple and SAFE to operate). While I wouldn't recommend it for any sort of commercial or bulk-laminating purposes, it's a perfect home-use machine for school projects, important documents, and even just...for fun (my daughters have taken to drawing silly pictures, writing little Post-It note messages, and putting other random bits in a laminating sleeve, cutting them out, and trading them like baseball cards).Finally, the package arrived in a VERY timely manner (it came well-packed in only TWO DAYS, which is beyond respectable during these strange, pandemic-influenced times). The vendor was courteous and communicative, and off shipped the item with a tidy "If You Have Any Questions..." contact card.Pros:- Affordable, entry-level machine for basic laminating tasks- Reasonably quick warm-up time- Consistent temperatures during extended use- Easy to use, even for younger students- Includes laminating pouches and two (2) finishing tools- Lamination speed comparable to higher-priced machines- Friendly, considerate vendorCons:- Not well-suited for larger laminating jobs (neither in SIZE nor QUANTITY of documents)Overall:- At the listed price, and with the inclusion of multiple differently-sized laminating pouches and two finishing tools, this machine is perfect for home use, without digging too deeply into your wallet. I bought the laminator for laminating some study materials. The product arrived on time.The laminator is very compact and lightweight which makes it very easy to store.The operation is very easy and heats faster once turned on and is ready to use.The lamination has a very smooth and nice finish. There are no open edges.The product comes with some free laminating sheets which can be used for laminating cards, invitations etc and is of good quality.I would recommend this product.

My Purple Cows model gave up the ghost. It was finicky and took FOREVER to heat. I have had it a while but it probably has not been used more than an average of 6 times a year., if that. I bought it to make ID's for 25 volunteers at an event. I didn't use it for several years but had been using it the last 4 years for product signs for yard sales. A new one was $60.I decided to buy this one as it was on sale and extremely inexpensive.It heats up in seconds (PC took about 5 minutes). Rollers are set so that nothing went "astray." My PC had to be babied to feed properly.All I can say is it has worked EXTREMELY well for the 6 pieces I ran. Far, far better than the PC.

It works like any other laminating machine. Easy instructions. I didn't realize the 10 laminating sheets that's included would be so small. For reference, they're the size of 4x6 photos.

Love this so much! It is portable and I LOVE the cool lamination setting. It also heats up easily and works great for all sized pouches up to 8 1/2" x 11".

I am very happy with this product! I bought it for a small business and am impressed by how easy it is to use. It only takes a few seconds to heat up for the Hot Lamination option. It doesn't get too hot to touch so it is safe to use around kids. It's small but practical in size and super light weight. Great for portable use or to store when not using. It comes with 5 4x6" sheets and 5 6x8.5" sheets. So if you want to laminate full size 8.5x11" papers you will have to buy so separately. Overall, I highly recommend this product! :)

I was initially drawn to this laminator because of the size (and the price!). Almost seemed too good to be true, so I was a bit hesitant, but i was quickly proved wrong! This is a wonderful laminator!! Does exactly what it’s supposed to and I just love the compact size. I can easily put it in my bag and carry it to work! Also so intrigued that it offers both hot and cold laminating!!!! Give this a shot-you won’t regret it!!!!
