The cashews came on time and was not disappointed by the product - fresh and tasty at a reasonable price. Typically buy cashews at a big-lot store; these were fresher and had more taste. Will definitely buy again.

My mother is vegan and whenever she comes to visit I want to make sure that I have the best, organic foods available for her. She sent me a few recipes in advance of coming for the holiday and one of the most delicious of her recipes is a vegan cream of broccoli soup that uses raw cashews to make the “cream sauce“ part of the soup. I don’t know what kind of culinary magic this is but this particular brand of raw cashews is the absolute best. I have to be gluten-free because I am allergic to wheat and many of the raw cashews offered at my local grocery stores are cross contaminated due to shared equipment. I love that these are safe for me and meet the very high quality standards for organic and vegan products that my mother expects. They also make every single recipe that I use them in taste amazing. I would give this 10 stars if I could.

I use cashews everywhere I can think of; in cereal, cooked into noodle dishes and covered in Korean BBQ sauce, as a snack, mixed with steamed green beans, tossed in salads. They are my favorite nut. And they are too expensive to waste money on if they aren't fresh and tasty. Yea 4 lbs can go pretty quick around here. I opened the pkg as soon as I got it and had a taste. Wonderful. Sweet.

They were huge and fresh. Great for nut butters and milk.

First time I've actually ordered whole cashews and gotten them whole! These cashews are great to snack on or make cashew butter with. They are VERY expensive tho which is understandable because the high quality. I wish I could afford to get them more often but it is kind of a treat for us. The texture is great as well as the color. These are organic, unsalted and not roasted. The bag is nice and keeps them fresh longer. When on a plant based diet these are a staple to have. I would love to order this brand again but they're a little too expensive for my budget.

We are big consumers of roasted cashews and we buy raw cashews that we roast at home in small batches. This product is great, with very little broken cashews, they keep freshness in the package. We used to buy bulk organic cashews in Whole Foods but due to COVID restrictions they are no longer available in our local store so we started ordering this product and have been very happy with it. We roast them for 14-15 minutes on 380 F (little longer if one likes them slightly darker) stirring them occasionally. They are great for snack with some dry fruit (figs or dates or apricots) or used for cooking (stir fry or as the ingredient in lentil burgers).

We buy this brand all the time have never had a problem. We use alot of cashew in our cooking for blending into sauces.
