Let’s start with my life pre-magical billiards wall rack. My junk was everywhere. Sticks over here, balls over there, it was freaking madness. To date my kid has created blue chalk art on our game room wall because we don’t have a better place to store this stuff that is out of his reach. Unit now... it’s a crying shame that this hasn’t entered my life sooner and saved myself from the clean up your crap comments from my better half.Things I LIKE:- Easy to put together and hang up- Holds all my sticks, balls and chalk (no more kid masterpieces on my wall)- It came with chalk, that was a surprise- Very sturdy because I attached to a wall stud through the screw hole that is under the peg and I used the 2 brackets on the bottom- Price is very good. Similar racks are ridiculously expensive. I’m trying to feed a kid over here!Things I DON’T LIKE:- Wall anchors that came with it are not the best. I made them work but wish they were better- The instructions that were in the box were not great. But, Billiards Express emailed me really good instructions with pictures.Overall, good buy and very happy. No regrets. Make sure you use the right tools that are in the email instructions.

This a great piece. Great quality and looks very nice on the wall. There were some reviews that mentioned it not being very solidly attached to the wall with just the small triangle hangers on the top cross piece. I simply put a screw through the hole for the peg that holds the rack and into a stud. The peg still fits, but I glued mine in for added stability. Nice and solid and the hangers that come with it to stabilize the bottom make it secure all the way around.

This is a perfect addition to our pool table room. The seller is about the best communicator I've ever had the pleasure in dealing with. Will buy from again.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  there is no “step by step” instructions. the included assembly sheet just shows a diagram of which screws and wood pieces go where. yes, step by step instructions would have been nice and made it even easier, but it’s still an easy assembly. it’s not rocket science, so you’ll figure it out. it does not include a place for a table brush, but if your brush is small enough, it’ll fit somewhere on this rack. it’s a simple and nice design, that saves floor space, but i still don’t think it’s worth $50, especially since it comes unassembled. don’t get me wrong, i like it a lot, but i think it’s more of a $30 product.

Purchased the Billiards Xpress cue rack because I was tired of chalk marks on the white walls from leaning cues and didn't want to get a stand that would take up floor space. Felt like a bit of a gamble since the price was so reasonable (<$50) but figured it was worth a shot. Package arrived when anticipated. Don't be alarmed at the smaller size/weight of the box like I was. You are definitely getting what you see in the product photos.Assembly wasn't difficult but it could have been slightly easier. In the box, you're provided with a CAD-like drawing of how the pieces intersect. It would have eliminated some questions if there was a step-by-step assembly guide. However, a couple days after the item arrived, the seller/company did reach out through Amazon and provide a full set of instructions, but we had already built and installed it.Mounting to the wall was a breeze. We only received 4 drywall anchors instead of 5, but it was fine because we mounted directly to the wall and did not use the hanging triangles so we ended up with one extra. Anchored in three places (one at the top, two at the bottom); it's not going anywhere.I purchased the gray wood option which perfectly matched my charcoal felt and the gray wood flooring in the room. If I could make any product suggestion, it would be to include a space for the table brush (which I set on top in the pictures).Ultimately, I am not disappointed and pretty pleased. It looks great, it's functional, and I'm confident it will last.

It was not too difficult to assemble however one side was not cut out properly. I would check before trying to assemble. I am handy so I filed it and fixed it. I dont really think it's worth the price given it's a box of pieces and you do all the work. But the finish was nice and it looks as pictured.I got black. I didnt want anything bulky so it works for me.

I’ve purchased one of these years back in my Vegas home and loved it. But, then I purchased one for my home in Florida! This thing is amazing. Perfectly built. Great quality. Easy set up. I’m glad I chose this one. I loved the comparison chart in the pictures. Great insight to the extra features. Thanks for the great product!

Edited: I e mailed about the missing parts. They were quick to respond. I received all the missing pieces and extra cue chalk as well. I appreciate the concern and quick response!!!I opened the box for the pool cue rack. After looking at the pieces and instructions. I realized this rack didn’t come with any of the screws, anchors, dowel rods and brackets. Basically everything on the list numbered 6-11. I now have a pool cue rack I cannot hang on the wall or use.

Wish I would’ve purchased a bigger one. You can put 4 cues. Other than that worth the money

Gifted to a present and ball shelves are missing and timber has damage.
