Purchased this to use pomodor technique to work for 20 min and to rest for 5 min. I hope this will at least keep me aware that the Time keeps flying all the time.

I have had many gym boss timers and liked them all, one of the flaws on the others is the clip wood eventually break and then reduce the ease of use. this one has a removeable clip so it can be removed if not needed or replaced if breaks. I also like the convenience of multiple stored settings, so I don't have to reset it for different workouts or segments of workouts depending, just scroll to the saved settings. the new soft coat texture is nice as well but I didn't mind the old smooth ones either but might help with handling when hands are really sweaty? Guess I've been slacking since I haven't tested that yet.

Excelente producto, es el segundo gymboss que tengo y ambos demasiado buenos, una vez que lo usas se convierte en un esencial, pues yo practico con el, cocino, trabajo y hago muchas cosas con el.saludos

Great item to introduce me back in to running using 30s/30s on/off intervals. It can be set up for a variety of interval work. I wasn't sure initially about the use of batteries with all the chargeable watches etc nowadays, but they last a long time!!! Nice and comfy once the had plastic strap eases into the shape of your wrist :-) (extra purchase, not included with the item itself). Good clear vibration and /or beep for you to know when to start the next interval instead of having to keep watching the screen.
