No matter who uses this neck massager in this house, adults and older teens, this neck massager works and fits everyone. Whether I slept wrong, stress headaches, tension in the neck or just need to relax, this neck massager really does help. The heat option on this is optional but I found that it helps with aches, soreness and is you have a kink in your neck. What is nice is all I do is push the power button, choose if I want heat or not all while this is on my neck. To adjust the intensity or modes I'm wanting, I just use the remote. The instructions that this neck massager comes with explains how to decide which mode you want and explains what each one does. From there, I can control the intensity of it but just a push of the button. I prefer to start low and then once I feel it's not doing much but the pain is still there, I put it up one or two more. To wipe done the massager, I just use alcohol wipes and store it. What I found to be helpful when using this is I will rub a good layer of either muscle rub, aloe vera gel or electrode gel. This seems to help make sure that the plates stay on my skin and I get the full benefit of the electrotherapy. Since this did not come with a case or bag for storage, I just found a small laundry bag that this fits inside of. Fully rechargeable too.

Wife LOVES it. Various levels on the TENS portion allow you to find a level that is comfortable but still actively working your neck. Small notes that don't detract from the overall reaction to this product: the TENS portion is on something like a 15 minute timer that you have to reset each time if you're using it constantly, and with both heat and TENS going at a fairly high level the battery only lasts a little over an hour. We minded that so little that we bought a second one! 👍Most negative reviews seem to be from people who have never used a TENS unit before, it's supposed to shock you

Excellent neck stimulator I got this for my husband because he has a lot of neck problems so this is like his tens unit and works better he absolutely loves it is very easy to use works great on his neck and gives him some pain relief that he has never had before highly recommended

I own several hundred dollars worth message units. Air compression, several hand units stolen from GF, shiatsu units and a TENS unit. They all have pros and cons. Having TENS experience really helped. When turning up intensity I get an unplesent shock. But increasing the intensity a couple of clicks up and it becomes therapeutic. Tightening the neck muscles and releasing. I also use the unit on my thigh. Getting the right set up is an art not a science. Take time to learn the unit and how your boby responds.I would buy again.

This came quickly, well packaged. As is often the case with products made overseas, the instructions leave much to desire. I will say, however, that it does seem to be helping relieve my neck pain. Good value for the price, seems to be well made, and worth trying! One potential issue could be that it is not adjustable--it fits me fine, but someone with a large neck may have difficulty.

It worked beautifully until it didn't! After three weeks, this little torture device only shocked me not to feel great way no matter what I did. I loved it for three weeks though. It appears to have a short in it - ouch! Unable to return, late by a week - double ouch...

I returned this item because it was all or nothing. Despite having different settings, it was either too weak to sense or too painful to stand. The unit I received had nothing in between.

I never thought that this neck massage is so small, it's an electric hot compress like I go to physical therapy. Recently neck problems have caused headaches so it is a good choice and very convenient because it is really small..will use it every night before sleep .

It’s very comfortable to wear it during working from home. The battery runs quite long unexpectedly. Overall great product!
