My kids are 4 (37lbs) and 8 (65lbs) and have trouble falling asleep sometimes. Before you assume, let me say that they get plenty of physical activity. We limit screen time at night, read books to calm down, have fans, noise machines, meditation devices, black out curtains, etc. but some nights nothing helps so I bought these hoping for results. “Medicine” was my last resort. (I buy another brand for myself and take them occasionally so melatonin wasn’t a new thing for me)I read the label which says the serving size is two. I decided to scale it back the first time to see how well it worked and only gave one. It knocked them out. So much so that it made me nervous. Now we only ever take half and it still works great.They seem to like the taste just fine too.

I was really impressed with these gummies, they taste delicious I had to try them first:) My children never sleep during the day only if they feel sick but, I gave them 1 gummy and it worked super fast, my husband and I couldn't believe it!! It is worth every penny!!

My children both have adhd and autism and have been required by their pediatricians to take melatonin before bed to help calm their minds before sleep, and like most low dose melatonin, these work as expected.Not too much lingering effects into the next day and we can certainly tell the nights when they fake take it versus the nights I watch them chew it up and swallow in front of me.The only real complaint is that at first the kids like the flavor but there’s a gross aftertaste once it’s gone that neither kid likes, so I trudge on to find one they don’t mind eating and instead hide them under the couch cushions.

With 3 picky kids ages 9-13 on flavors and lot of other trials and fails with other gummy brands this is a clear winner! And all three pass out cold within 30 min after taking. It’s been a lifesaver! Mom and kiddo approved!
