Amazing Patterns: Adult Coloring Book, Stress Relieving Mandala Style Patterns

I have a lot of coloring books and this one is one of the ones I like the best. I would say the designs are mandala-inspired and have the same feel as the patterns you see in henna tattoos, but a bit more whimsical and usually asymmetrical and off-centered. If you're a bit tired of mandalas, this is a nice change of pace. The shapes are in that sweet spot of not too complex and not too simple/childish. The paper is pretty thick and has a nice "grip" for pencils, crayons, gel pens, or markers. I recommend this one!

Super thick pages so colors don't bleed through! Nice variety of patterns on each page. This book keeps me busy for hours. The only one thing I wish it had was perforated pages so they can be torn out easily. But a pair of scissors does the trick.

The complexity of these patterns give me a good incentive to analyze both patterns and color schemes. A very fund coloring book.

This book is great! The reason for my four star review is I think the paper should be thicker. Using gel pens they ate away at the paper a bit. It was worse with markers . Colored pencils are okay if you don’t press too hard. The pages also curled up on the corner.

I love this book bc I color with fine point sharpies and the color doesn’t run. A lot of books have recycled pages and the markers run. This one doesn’t!

Lots of great pages to color. The paper feels nice.

I like the designs but the paper quality is terrible. It’s that print on demand paper that feels like newsprint. It sucks all the ink out of your markers/pens and pills up while you’re coloring. I might end up photocopying some of the pages onto my own paper but I’m not sure it’s worth all that effort.
