Do not buy
Whatever you do, do not buy this. I have spent 3 hours trying to assemble this, it came in with multiple missing screws and when i finally finished assembling it, it turns out the stands are very loose, I spent hours trying to tighten it to make it useable but its so stiff and cannot be tightened further stand remains loose. One of the worst products I have ever purchased

Quality not good as expected
I just received this dual monitor mount to be used with my two 27" monitors. Apparently, the quality is not as good as described in the product description and the Arm can't hold up my monitors. The two monitors continue to tilt downwards even if I make sure to adjust correctly with the Allen key. I have tried several times, the same results.

This product comes with nice packing, including screw fixing kit was there in packing. Easy to installation as proper guide was provided.
