Q: Does this come with instructions on using the tools?

It dosen't come with any instructions Put i did purchase a book called Quilled Mandalas by Alli Bartkowski. In this book it does explain what the peices you get in the kit are and how to use.

Q: Hi! Does the 5mm kit come with glue not just glue bottle?

No, this does NOT come with glue, however, it is a useful bottle that you can fill with Elmer's glue, Tacky glue, etc. This bottle is $4.99 at Hobbie Lobbie. It is VERY useful.

Q: what is the best glue and applicator devise to use for quilling?

I use Alene's. It is tacky glue and works well. Elmer's is thinner and for me seems to take longer to dry.
