asobuSuper Cork Ceramic Coffee Mug 14 Ounce (White)

I bought this great mug because of its low height and wide stature and I like the fact that it's not to tall. I wasn't bothered by the manufacturers statements that the mug cannot be put in a dishwasher or microwave, I wouldn't do either. I can let people know that I do place this mug in very hot water when washing the dishes and it lasted for a good 9 months before I knocked it off of the counter and broke it which did surprise me because it is one sturdy mug and I can't wait until they get more in stock on Amazon, I may get two being that I tend to knock things off of counters. LOL !UPDATE:I decided to check out what was said about the mug not being microwavable or dishwasher proof.It is broken after all so I have placed the damaged mug in the microwave and dishwasher a dozen times in each and the cork is still in perfect condition, unlike the mug that I damaged by my clumsiness.The trash compactor next. It may not get by this test...

Nice cup. Seems to be well made and it’s a good weight. I like how it’s shorter and wider than some mugs, but still holds a lot of liquid. Love the cork on the bottom.

This is a clever idea -- a nice, large mug with a built-in coaster. But you can't put it in the dishwasher and you can't put it in the microwave. Because of that, it won't get much use in my house.
