Good but overpriced Comparing to competitors

This works great - sucks up so much dirt and dust. It was great that it came with a warranty because my dirt disposal stopped working and was replaced free of charge. The only issue I still have is the connection to my router. Now I can’t use the app - I have to manual start jobs. So, big waste of money.

I was so amazed with the product features even after I paid higher than other equivalent products. But today, after 70 days of working, the product started not functioning normally as I could not connect to the mobile app. So no cleaning today at home !!! Try reaching out to every way possible or available in UAE and online for support - no options available !!! The device started cleaning with manual step ON, but of no use !! I paid much higher than the other products available and now feeling bad for spending 3x more than the other products !!!

It’s doesn’t clean the small stones and leave dust behind

It's clean good for a month but suddenly it's said the wheels is broken when I check it there is nothing and doesn't work again🙄

Do not buy from this reseller!! the voltage on the base station is 120V .. and therefore it does NOT work !you would have a buy a separate transformer... if it has not burnt by the time you do that.I can't believe Amazong would not check these things and let anyone sell anything .... I just lost 300 USD

It worked well for 2 weeks and then ended with a right wheel error. Any amount of cleaning hasn’t helped.

I got my Roomba i6+ and the clean base/ Home base didn't function at all from Day 1. Auto empty feature for the bin didn't work after trying all the recommended steps.Then I tried calling customer care no. displayed on their website continuously for last 5 days...but no one responds on the phone. Also I have sent numerous emails to customer care ID ...no response from there as well... Customers should be aware of these issues before buying Roomba products. I wouldn't have bought it for sure.

Le produit, conforme à ce qui était attendu, est parfait !Après un peu de temps d'apprentissage (de mon coté, comme du coté du robot), cela fonctionne nickel.Habitant en appartement (environ 80m²) le robot passe dans chacune des pièces sans souci et en un seul passage.Ayant des différences de niveaux dans ma cuisine et de ma salle de bain (carrelage oblige), le robot passe le petit obstacle avez aisance (mais avec un peu de mal je dois l'avouer).Pour ce qui est du bruit, j'ai été un peu surpris. Je le trouve un peu bruyant (surtout au moment du vidage du bac) mais rien de bien méchant, d'autant plus que je n'ai aucun moyen de comparaison. Il est tout de même moins bruyant qu'un aspirateur classique.Pour ce qui est de la cartographie, après un 1er passage décevant (il n'a fait que le salon, sûrement parce que j'avais mal positionné la base), il a très vite compris qu'il y avait d'autres pièces et s'en est occupé lors du 2e passage.pour conclure : je recommande chaudement cet aspirateur robot qui fonctionne parfaitement.

E' il 2° Roomba che acquisto. Il 1° ha smesso di funzionare dopo 5 anni. Speravo durasse di più visto quanto mi è costato. Comunque poi, fidandomi della marca, ho comperato questo Roomba è sono molto deluso e dopo un anno sono in grado di motivarlo in modo preciso. Il primo motivo è che lascia lungo il pavimento diversa sporcizia (piccoli sassolini, briciole di pane, etcc.), sicuramente causa poca forza nell'aspirazione. Il secondo motivo perchè, nonostante ho fatto più volte la mappatura, non passa lungo alcuni bordi del muro o negli anfratti delle scrivanie. Il terzo motivo è che occorre, diversamente dal 1° Roomba, pulire spesso i contatti di ricarica della base. Il quarto motivo è che inviato in assistenza questa non mi ha soddisfatto. Il Roomba mi è tornato nelle stesse condizioni in cui l'avevo inviato e non c'è stato modo di interlocuire con l'assistenza per sapere cosa avevan fatto. Sarà difficile che ne acquisti un altro quando questo 2° Roomba terminerà di funzionare
