Used it to make a probiotic drink had bought several different other brands this one worked like a charm!!!

I heard them talk about this brand of probiotics on Ask Doctor Dawn. She is a functional medicine doctor who has a great podcast that is very informative. They reviewed another version of this same brand, but I bought this version for the feminine properties. I feel like it is helping even though I take my vitamins kind of sporadically. It is easy on the stomach and seems like it helped with some mild stomach issues so far. I always feel better when I am taking a prebiotic.

My gynecologist recommended these to me and these are by far the best probiotics I've had. Since these are strictly for vaginal health and urinary tract health, I take these alongside the Garden of Life regular probiotics and it works like a charm!

Other probiotics I’ve taken gave me horrible cramps like comparable to contractions but these were much more gentle on my stomach. Idk if they helped me though.

If you have issues with and imbalance down there, taking these female probiotics helps the ph balance down there and keeps it feeling g good. It works for me, so glad I found these.

My midwives recommended I take this probiotic when I tested positive for GBS and got a UTI. Using this alongside other supplements helped cure my UTI. However, when I tested for GBS later in pregnancy, I was still positive. Not that I think this probiotic is not effective, just keep in mind it may not keep you clear of GBS during pregnancy. I think it's helping me to not get any further UTIs from being GBS positive. I'm going to take this throughout pregnancy and maybe even beyond since it's good for urinary tract and vaginal health. Pills are super small and easy to take. Only negative is that I find myself replacing this product quite a bit as my midwives suggested I take 2 per day. Other than that, great product.
