Great flavor and size of bag I didn't realize I got the 2lb bag but it's ok. It has a rich flavor and smell. I use 1tsp in my black coffee it adds another layer of silkyness and mild bitter notes ...but mostly silky fats flavor from cacao such a good combo. In yogurt with cinnamon oh so many cacao uses.

Wow excellent Cacao for making hot chocolate. I have been so used to major brand nestle cocoa powder because it’s so good. This brand is just as good, cheaper and more for the dollar. There is no difference between this brand compared to nestle. Yes the major difference is it’s harder to get nestle then it is for comparable brand.
