I have given a 5* review because the capsules seem fine and I have no issues with the supplier/manufacturer. However, my body did not agree and these made me so horrendously ill. I have cancer and was taking these to control glucose levels as advised by a doctor. I tried to persevere in the hopes any side effects would eventually stop. After 3 weeks of nausea, vomiting, diarrhoea and too much weight loss I gave up. Once I stopped these capsules everything soon got back to normal. If you are thinking to take these for the same reasons as me I would say go ahead but be aware they do not agree with everyone and stop them sooner than I did if you get very ill!
