I am 60 and work only night shifts. I was looking for an something to help with the endless fatigue and stress I've been feeling lately. I did some research and decided to try Rhodiola. I took one capsule a day for a few days but found them much too strong. I was speeding too much and they had an almost trippy effect, leading to headaches. I stopped for a bit then decided to try a much lower dose given that they did seem to boost energy noticeably. So I bought some micro scales and measure out 150 mg to take before I go to work. At first I thought it was too little and couldn't detect anything. But then after a few days I wasn't getting the same level of exhaustion at work, and without really altering my consciousness, and no headaches. After about a week now I don't seem to have the same stressful thoughts I was experiencing and the darkness around my eyes has gone. I read it gets better over the weeks so all in all I think I will stick with this for a while. It's odd because sometimes on days off I go back to sleeping at night and even taking it before doesn't disturb my sleep but makes me sleep better and longer. I guess it's the stress reduction that does that. I just wish I could get 150 mg capsules so I don't have to keep measuring it out. Once the capsules have been opened the remainder absorbs water and is just too sticky by the next day. So I'm wasting most of the product. But given the price I'm not too bothered.

I wish I’d found this sooner, makes me feel so chilled and centred. I’m aware adaptogenic herbs don’t work the same for everyone but I’ve found the one for me. Just one a day is enough for me. I’m sleeping so soundly too!

Bought this after reading it was helpful for those with neurospicy brains. I wouldn’t say it’s changed my life but there’s a slight difference which is very welcome!

rhodiol is very strong and reacts on your body within hours.Read up on all the CONTRAINDICATIONS and reactions with other medication as they have a big effect on your liver, metabolism and body in general.I've only taken one today and 4 hours later I feel quite rough with tummy pains and nausea.It had multiple reactions based on what you want and is being recommended for high cortisol levels as being sedative. But it is also a stimulant.I would not recommend taking this until you've spoken with your doctor

I have a regular sleep stack that I use this is one of three that I take, magnesium Threeonate and Magnolia are the others.

Absolutely zero impact on me whatsoever. Complete waste of money and I'd have been better off taking a couple of tic tacs every day.
