Convenient, many uses, no steamer tray. I have used it and it works. Made rice from scratch, make sure you use 70% power (about 11 mins) for rice and it turns out fine. I miss a little steamer tray but otherwise the size is great for one (or two) person. The handle is great and cool when you remove from microwave. A good purchase.

I absolutely love it! It works amazingly. I even make Alfredo sauce with it. Literally in minutes I am eating deliciously. I also make eggs with it. One egg takes 30 seconds to cook. I keep it at work, this means I eat really good at work. Great product!

I used to have a bowl like this for my little girl's lunch, and the daycare teacher will micro-wave for her at noon. Never had a problem and it lasted all her pre-school years.So when my parents went on a 2-week trip and wanted some container to make instant ramen noodles in case they didn't feel like going out for dinner, I thought about these right away. They liked the bowls a lot, so light, sturdy, and they never leaked. Very happy about the purchase.

Latches on lid are iffy at best. It steams OK but be very careful or risk serious burns

Mine gets heavy use. But it’s the perfect size to allow you to craft and tweak your ramen flavors and ingredients. The lid cracked on mine after five uses, but it hasn’t broken apart or otherwise impacted its use ability. Highly recommended.

Gerat quality product. Absolutely perfect for heating food in the microwave, and they clean up easily, probably because they were made for a microwave so do not stain. Sizes are perfect. Reheat cooked rice like it was fresh out of the rice cooker.

I read great reviews from this company, and decided to purchase this for when I am in a time crunch and want a quick bowl of ramen.It fits my Nongshim Red and Black just right, I just have to push it down ever so slightly. I would recommend gently shaking it to get the noodles moist if they are dehydrated.With the steam lid, I also leave it about halfway, not snapped shut, but with slight resistance to there is additional steam to fully reconstitute the noodles.Super convenient too is poaching an egg. The noodles show to microwave for 7 minutes. I did for 5.5 minutes, then cracked an egg in the side, and did an additional 1.5 minutes. The yolk was still runny, and the white was coagulated.I use the dishwasher, so I am hoping that it does hold up over time.
