From jump I noticed thee intensity of this t ab belt, exactlywhat I've been relentlessly searching for! If felt like it was grabbing and working each muscle individually, like super intense that I could only stand to put it up to 4, was going to stop at 3, but I but down n went up 1 notch and OMG IT WAS LOVE! LOL, Used several different ems ab belts, and not one compares to this one! Plus it's way more affordable then many of the others that I could barely feel! DEFINITELY will and have recommended this product! 😀 😄 💪🏽[HONEST OPINION] I'M SO FAR SUPER SATISFIED! Will give updated Results and pics!

Full Disclosure, I have only used this once, but I've used other fitness EMS, so I feel I can judge, comparatively. This is actually an amazing product and I wasn't expecting it to be. A little background: I've taken care of my body my whole life--specifically, weight lifting and cardio--up until about 4-5 years ago, when I became extremely ill with mono, then sustained a chemical brain injury. Getting deconditioned from a virus is one thing--I'd had mono once before, at 18, and it never quite leaves you. When I came down with an acute onset of it again in my late 40's, I was discouraged. Then, health issue after health issue due to the brain injury left me with a specialist who put me on oxygen and told me my days of working out were over. I kept trying--but no matter how careful, how "light" I went, my muscles seized that night or the next day, and I was sick, in bed, for days.I suffer, specifically, with neurological movement disorders that impact my brain's signals to my muscles, which can be dangerous when those signals misfire. But I've been working with a neuro-rehab specialist, so I've felt comfortable trying different things that are non-pharmaceutical (since there's nothing on the market to heal, only to treat) to re-engage and re-train my muscle-brain connection.I wasn't sure how this specific Mbody unit for abs and arms/legs would work, but this morning, I worked my arms. Wow. I know a "good workout" when I get one and feel it. I finished and flexed my biceps and they were as rock-hard as when I do traditional weights--for a long period, obviously. This isn't instantaneous. "Muscle-memory" is a thing for a reason. If you've never taken care of your body or done any strength training, I'd suggest you begin with learning about your muscle groups, then start with resistance bands, stretching, etc. but this product, absolutely, can be a huge benefit, even at the beginner level.If you look like the models in the photos up there, then sure, buy the product to relieve soreness, but frankly, I see a huge potential benefit to people who are forced to decondition from injury or illness to keep their muscles from completely becoming atrophied. My goal is to use this unit and then slowly add in actual resistance training and cardio back in. Possibly using these with yoga or Pilates...I recommend it, if you know what you're doing.

For the price this product compares to the slender tone which sells for over $120+... for less than half the cost you get a piece of equipment that is just as strong as the high end models... after doing 1 20min session you feel like you really did an intense workout! I like the belts that kept it tight to your body without moving. Definitely a strong piece of equipment and definitely recommend!

Okay, let me preface this with the notion that didn’t really expect much and if anything I could return it.. BOY was I wrong! I was quite surprised! I am wearing it right now for the 4th time since I received it. I can feel it pulling my muscles and working them. If you look while you’re wearing the belt you can actually see them contracting! Crazy. I love how many settings this has along with 6 different intensities. When I first put this on and wanted to see how high I could go.. 4 was toooo many lmao so take your time. I can now go to a 4 or even a 5 I haven't dared the 6 yet.. maybe tomorrow lol. This comes with 3 batteries and a charger that can charge all 3 at once which is awesome! 30 minute charge. I’ve had this a few days and haven’t recharged yet so the battery seems great! I do wish the bands that hold it on were more elastic so they had that good stretch fit, but the fact that this brand even included a band at all is a giant plus as most do not! Placement is also a little tricky at first but once you figure it out it makes ALL the difference. I use this on the treadmill or when it’s my “rest” day from workouts. I’m excited to see the results this gives me in the next few weeks! Overall I think this is a great buy and if you’re thinking about it just take the plunge!

But this one is worth the money. Just hoping it last a long time. That will make it the 5star winner and a thicker waist strap but it’s not poor quality by no means. Please mute the video 😂

I am going to start with the arms function of this product. First I needed to place the pads in a comfortable yet functional position. It was a strange sensation at first but after the initial tingle it becomes a comfortable arm massage and quite tolerable. Now with the abs: love, love, love it. I love how the belt targets all abs and not just a small area. I bought the more expensive product in the past and wish I knew about a more inexpensive product that is not only effective but targets more areas in one sitting.The fact that you can work your arms and abs at the same time is amazing. I am literally wearing them as I type and this is simply just awesome. This will help enhance my 3-5 mile walks I take and assist with blasting and toning fat. Would definitely recommend this to others.

I have only been using it for 3 days now. With the pandemic I have not been able to go to the gym. So it is a workout at home thing. I love this unit, only after two days I feel like I've work my abbs and arms all week!

We wanted to try an ab stimulator to see what we thought, so we got the least expensive available. We liked it, though it had limitations. This one was an upgrade and is VERY much better. The extra pads in a straight line couple d with the side pads makes this 100% better than the smaller ones, and the addition of the belt is a major plus as it keeps the pads in tight to the skin. My wife and I both use it and are super happy with this one.
