Helps my skin
I’m almost 79 years old, so my expectations are different from a younger person. It isn’t making me look any younger, unfortunately, which it might have done if I started taking it years ago. However, the dermatologist told me that vitamin E actually does help your skin. So I’ve been taking one a day for over a year; and this was the first winter when I didn’t get cracked and bleeding skin on my fingers, near the nails. I don’t like to wear rubber gloves when doing dishes or most other chores, which I’m sure was the cause of my cracked skin problem - but it didn’t happen once this year! Also, When you get old, your skin can become fragile and bruise and break open easily. I don’t want that to happen and plan to keep on taking this.

Great alt. for baby aspirin...
Great, all natural Vitamin E gel cap. I cannot take a baby aspirin, so with my family history of heart disease, this is my alternative. Among other benefits, when taken orally, E is a natural blood thinner. In fact, if you take it and are having surgery, you should inform your Dr. I like that it's all natural and my stomach is much happier.

Love Natural Nutra Vitamins
Wishing Natural Nutra made the entire range of vitamins! I take their natural E and elemental vegetarian Potassium tablets, not as supplements, but because I actually need them. Both are very pure and completely natural and the correct dose per tablet: not a little low nor much too high.

Also great for my lotion and body bar recipes!
In addition to taking Vitamin E as a dietary supplement, it is also valuable to add to my do it yourself lotions and body bar recipes. The antioxidants in the vitamin E help to keep the oils in my products fresher by slowing the oils from degrading and turning rancid. I do this by piercing a soft gel and squeezing the contents of the E capsules into my oil. It is also helpful for my skin. Here is one of the recipes I use for lip balm and body bar.1 oz. coconut oil, 1 oz. shea butter, 1/2 oz beeswax (beeswax may be increased to 1 oz for a more solid bar), 6 vitamin E capsulesMelt the beeswax in a mason jar sitting in hot water (over low heat)Add the shea butter and coconut oil and stir occasionally until melted. Remove from the hot water and stir in the vitamin E. Pour into a mold (muffin tins work well) or into an empty tube for lip balm.I like this for hand and body lotion and it is also a good lip balm.I received this vitamin E for a discount in exchange for my honest review. I can recommend this naturally derived source of Vitamin E.

Natural Vitamin E
I previously ordered a natural vitamin E from a reputable company... they sent me synthetic. There is a difference in synthetic and natural with vitamin E. I returned that order and ordered from this company. There is a picture attached. It is natural vitamin E. I am pleased.

Get your E on!
Our family takes Vitamin E daily and if we are doing extra work we take more. This vitamin is very good and clean. Vitamin E is essential in Heart Health with many other benefits to your body.
