Exactly as described, no to heavy nor too thin its hard to find one that isn't paper thin and crumples about as you pray, i highly recommend this mat it's great quality and great price.

It’s light weight however the colour is not exactly as the one in the photo; it’s more vibrant, towards an unnatural turquoise = more difficult to match it with other natural colours in the house

Not the product pictured
The product we received is fine, and since it was a gift we didn't have time to return it. It has the same pattern as the one pictured but the detail is dull rather than the bright colour in the picture. No backing so not comfortable for prolonged use.
