Delicious!
I was hoping this salt would be good, and it is. I was concerned that with the addition of so many minerals it might taste a bit metallic, or have an off taste, but it does not. I was also concerned, when I first looked at my package, that the taste might be off, because it has a slightly more powdery appearance than ordinary salt, even though it is definitely crystalline. All doubts faded away when I tasted it. It's really good, actually, I like it better than ordinary salt. I know that sounds a little funny, but it's true. It's awfully expensive, but worth it, I think. I like my husband to have less sodium in his diet, and this will help a lot.

Surprisingly good
I've been on the hunt for a good tasting salt substitute and while this does still have some sodium in it, it's a heck of a lot less than just using regular table salt and it honestly tastes even better than regular salt. It's expensive for sure and I don't plan to use it for literally everything but as a finishing salt or a popcorn topper it can't be beat.

Okay taste
I bought this from a friend's recommendation based on using less sodium. Its okay. It's healthier than regular salt so that part is good.

tastes great
at first I wondered how it would taste. I was pleasantly surprised it tastes the same as any salt. but better for you. I am on a low salt diet. I still use this sparingly but it really takes good and my wife uses it for every thing.

Very acceptable taste!
I like it! It is probably still more sodium than ideally health-wise, but it's nice and salty and does not seem to interfere with the flavor of the foods I use it on. I figure it's better than straight salt and just try to use as little as possible. Kind of pricey.

Taste is an issue for me, as well as the amount of sodium
I bought this product in order to reduce the amount of sodium I consume. I was surprised by two things: First, the taste, for me, was not very good. Taste is rather odd, both in the mouth and on food. Next, the amount of sodium is still a lot more than I expected in a salt substitute. So I did not feel it was helping me that much to reduce the amount of sodium I consumed.

Much better than potassium-based salt substitutes. Ignore some reviews.
Wright Salt is by far the best-tasting salt replacement. You’ll try to convince yourself for a while that the others taste good, then you’ll realize they’re awful and throw them away. Some critics scream that Wight tastes like real salt because it IS real salt. And one guy claims that Wright has only slightly less sodium than regular table salt. Well, he probably didn’t check the serving size. Some salt serving sizes are 1/8 tsp while Wright uses 1/4 tsp. My bottle of Wright has 295 mg per 1/4 tsp. I’m looking at my regular table salt and it has 590 mg per 1/4 tsp. Significantly lower I’d say! And keep in mind that the potassium based products have a LOT of potassium which can be dangerous if too much is consumed. If you can’t tell, I’m happy with it. A small amount goes a long way so I use less too.
