Love this wok. Great value for money

Having previously had more expensive woks I was kicking myself when this was recommended and I started to use it. Heats up very quickly and well, cooks brilliantly, lightweight and easy to handle. I use it for a lot of things now, including any semi-deep frying needed. You have to be careful to dry it and oil it properly to avoid rust, but absolutely worth it compared to my previous, more expensive one that didn’t need the same care (but didn’t cook as well).

Holes in the bottom of the item and a damaged screw

I am quite disappointed with the wok, since I discovered holes in the bottom (see photo) and a damaged screw.I followed the instructions for seasoning it thoroughly, I also followed the video recommendations. Yet, after first cooking it built up rust. So scrubbed it off and wanted to reseason it. That's when I discovered the holes in the bottom. Secondly, I wanted to season it in the oven, but I couldn't since the handle didn't come off as one of the screws is damaged (and there are significant cratch marks around that crew). If you could give me a non fault piece, I'm in. Otherwise, I'd like my money back. How do I proceed with the return shipment, where I don't have to pay for the return as the piece is obviously damaged from production?

Excellent quality

I have this and the larger version. Both are used all the time in my kitchen. Once seasoned, they are non-stick and really a joy to use. The weight means you get even heating and temperatures high enough to sear food if required. I could not manage without it. It is easy to clean and this smaller one does not require a wok stand. All in all, a marvellously constructed wok.

Quality wok !!

It takes some looking after with the seasoning of the wok but with the quality of it it’s worth taking care of so it’ll be the last wok I buy .

Excellent wok

Easy to finish the seasoning. Make sure you follow the manufacturer’s directions to the letter, and you will have a wok for life. Best I have ever owned.

I used pork fat to season this wok. I repeated the first with a second coat.I have never owned a better wok, I have used it fir stir fry's and sauce based dishes and I can confirm it lives up to its stated reputation.I fully recommend it's purchase.
