I haven't noticed a change.

I purchased these for myself to reduce carbs in my body to help lose weight. It's a little too soon to see results yet but my pants are getting looser. My husband has diabetes and has taken them with high carb meals and his sugar has stayed in the normal levels. He now wants a bottle for himself. Just be careful and talk to a doctor because his levels were in the three hundreds before he started this. Overall very happy with the product.

At first i was iffy about it because of some negative reviews, and i was tired of everyone claiming their product worked. But gave this a shot, and guess what? IT ACTUALLY DOES WORK!!!! with in days, my sugar levels went from 360 to 140. Thank you for your product!!! I will set up an auto order to have 2 bottles per month

Dislike- taking pills 💊 powder or chewable will work. Use to control A1C & Carbs

Hasn't done anything to curb my sugar cravings. I javent noticed any body changes either.Also there's a no return on this.

This product claims to help kerp Blood Sugars lower. I am telling you it works since I started using it my A1c has gone from 8 to 6.8 which is wonderful
