Very rich cacao
I enjoy dark chocolate and this cacao is perfect for making a cup of hot cocoa before bed. I don't find it too powerful because I don't really like milk chocolate. I prefer darker to lighter. Seems to be pure cacao and I have had no problems whatsoever.

Quality Cocoa Powder
Really tasty, rich, flavored cocoa powder. Made an excellent Texas-sheet-cake & butter-cream-frosting & delicious hot-cocoa-mix. Also used Terrasoul brand, powdered coconut milk, in hot cocoa mix & it turned out great. Getting hooked on this brand!

Good quality product, but lacks the "depth" of cocoa powder
I drink hot water cocoa (cocoa powder, water, organic stevia extract) every day, and I finally decided to give unroasted cacao powder a try. I like this brand, because their products are well packaged, well labeled (including country of origin in this case), and organic. And this cacao powder appears to be of good quality. But it does NOT have the rich fullness of flavor you get with roasted cocoa powder. So if you are thinking of substituting this in beverages (or possibly baked items) that normally require roasted cocoa powder, you might want to think again. It has a pleasant taste, but it does indeed taste raw versus roasted.

smooth not grainy tasting
this is the smoothest cacao I’ve ever used. I put a tablespoon in my morning shake and there’s no grainy texture or aftertaste. great for baking too! It’s a little more expensive than some cocoa but worth it.

Simple and natural
Dissolves completely without being gritty. No added sugar or other ingredients. Just simply cacao. Good flavor. No harsh bitterness. The best cacao powder I've tried. And it's even a very affordable price compared to other brands whose quality just doesn't match this.

Cacao goodness
Love this brand and this product. Cacao is much better for you then cocoa and it's very flavorful. I add syrup to what ever I use the cacao to bring out the richness. The package is a good size. I use it for hot chocolate, Bbrownies and cakes. The package seals up easily with the zip lock and it stand up. I bought 2 in my order, I liked it that much.
