This headband is an absolute lifesaver! My husband snores so loudly that I frequently had to sleep with uncomfortable ear plugs. Unfortunately, I could still hear him even with the ear plugs. Next I tried wearing earbuds to bed and playing spa sounds into my ears all night long. This didn't work great either, because I could only sleep on my back all night long. If I tried to change position, the ear buds either fell out or were uncomfortable. Finally, I found this bluetooth headband, and it has changed my life. It is comfortable to wear, easy to charge, easy to clean, and it works great. I'm finally getting some sleep! This headband would also work great for listening to music while walking, jogging, or working out in the gym. Unlike ear buds, ear size doesn't matter, because you aren't putting anything directly into your ears. The speakers just rest on top of your ears, making the design perfect for my needs. I'm extremely happy with this purchase.

I’ve been using this almost every night for the past 2 weeks. I wish I had purchased this before investing the $150 ear buds that hurt my ears! It’s very comfortable and works equally as well for significantly less money.I have a white noise app that I connect to and it completely blocks out my partner’s loud snoring. I read some reviews that say it doesn’t fit or it moves around. I wear this like a regular hair headband and use a separate sleep mask on top of it. This way it fits my head and the sleep mask holds it in place. The headband is very thin material, so I don’t feel like it’s too hot or heavy to wear both.My only complaint is that the battery only lasts for one night. I tried to use it for 2 but it died about an hour before I needed to wake up on the second night. But for less than $20, I just bought another one to use as a back up in case I forget to charge it.I’m also curious to see how long this lasts before it needs to be replaced, which is another reason I bought a second as back up.

UPDATE: 01/18/24 - Wow, is all I can say. The product I chose did not do what I had hoped it would do, and thought it would do based on the initial product description. I am telling you the post-customer service I experienced is beyond EXCEPTIONAL. I would have been happy just getting my refund and sending the product back as consumers often have to do. But, they reached out and we communicated back and forth in an extraordinarily timely manner, talk about prompt, the best customer service I have experienced in a long time. They recommended a different product based on what I was looking for and offered to ship it to me FREE at no additional upcharge for the new product. Not only that but they told me not to worry about shipping the original one back. I just cannot express the customer service excellence I experienced with this company. I was NOT looking for anything free, just going to return and get a refund. I will share this experience with many and talk about how this company is reviving service and not just because I was able to upgrade for free, again I had planned to just send the original back and be done and be happy. I would highly recommend this company based on the customer service experience alone. I am grateful. Thank youI bought this for the sole purpose of sleeping in drown-out noise. I do understand these are NOT noise-canceling, but I thought they would be better than they are. This may be a good product for other things like housekeeping or running etc but if you are looking to sleep in this, I would not recommend it at all. The speakers don't fit over the ears right, my head is not terribly large or small, but it was awkward. The fabric is so thin that the speakers are not padded which hurts terribly if you are a side sleeper.
