Item broken
The weight and quality of the product is just what I wanted. However, it has arrived broken. Can the seller contact me please. This is to be given as a gift on 1st Jan

Pestle arrived broken and cracked, assume from the packaging it was like this before being packed.
The media could not be loaded. I literally took the photo seconds after opening this box for the first time. Not only has an inch already broken off the top of the pestle but there is a huge crack running right the way around about an inch down from the already broken bit which would suggest another inch is going to break off the top if I try to use this. Decided to film myself opening up the rest of the box because I was nervous the mortar would be as damaged. Luckily it is not damaged so I will be attempting to return just the pestle in exchange for a new one. Will try to update the review as that process goes on.
