The item is what it says: thai iced tea, and frankly, it is one of the best that I've had in a while. A few things to note for first time buyers:-It is about $6 USD per bag, but don't be mistaken: these bags are BIG. Or at least bigger than you would expect because there is no size reference. Weight-wise, it is 400g, but volume-wise, the bag is ABOUT 6 CUPS OF TEA LEAVES. That is enough for a little over 1 gallon of strong tea.-This tea stains cloth, shirts, and rugs very easily, but doesn't stay on your hands, tongue, jars, or countertop. Very good that it doesn't stain your teacups/glasses as tomato sauce would, but please try your best not to spill.-This tea is also very fragrant, especially when preparing it in a batch larger than one serving. One serving will have your kitchen smelling like "tangy vanilla" for a few hours, but making almost a gallon of it will make your entire house smell like a corner-store tea restaurant for the day. Also, the switch from "coffee breath" to "vanilla tea breath" is great for the people around you.-This tea is VERY STRONG caffeine-wise, but the flavor profile does not show that right away. For my regular coffee and energy-beverage drinkers, this is amazing news. For those that want to get into caffeinated drinks but don't like coffee or energy drinks, this is the thing for you. Feels like about 100-150mg of caffeine per 1 cup (volume).That being said: for my homemade Thai Iced Tea makers, please be careful. A tall "venti" glass of this, with milk added, is a little over 300mg of caffeine. Otherwise, this tea is dangerously awesome.Enjoy responsibly
