LEDs lights stopped working in the first few hours, pump stopped working 4 days later. Seller, Angel replied promptly. He asked what was wrong and immediately sent out the replacement parts. Love the product. I am a teacher teaching dual with students in my classroom and remotely. The waterfall with the fish is a happy place for everyone. Thanks Angel

The directions that come with the product are hard to understand. The water flow of the fountain does not work to well after awhile the bowl over flows and then you have to keep empty it back in the bottom bowl to keep it going. looking nice in the video but not when you receive it. Also the pump was hard to put together it keeping popping out all the time.

I plugged up everything thing today so far it is working amazing and it is absolutely beautiful I’m absolutely in love with it I’ll update in a few months to let you know if it’s still working

I finally decided to give this a try since I really need some humidity in my living room. However, this will not be used for that. Make sure the bowl is completely level on the surface it is placed. The flow of water is too much for what it is. The fishbowl is to the very top with water, and the hole in the fishbowl is spewing out water, which it should do but not like a leaking dyke. No mist, it doesn't work. The glass ball for the top is spinning in circles. The water from the fishbowl is spewing out onto the metal holding up the fishbowl and the lilypads. I'm guessing it is not waterproofed and will rust in a matter of time. I really wished this was better designed and working properly. Such a waste of money. I doubt I'll get a refund. I'll be tossing this out.

I like the item and I like the sounds of a fountain but the LED lights in the petals have already gone bad and the glass ball doesn't spin on its own. If you get it going it will spin for a little while but then dries out and just sits there.

Read all the way down...I am so disappointed today is November 12. And the window for my return closed October 28. I absolutely love the fountain but, because of the flaws in the bowl and the way it’s made... I’m not even sure I can use it with a different bowl (I did figure out how) For the cost and the great customer service - I would recommend.After seeing my review; the seller sent me a replacement bowl. No charge. No hiccups since.

This water Fountain waterfall is nice looking, but the mist maker was not working I did not want to go to the trouble of returning it so I just bought another mist maker, but now the water fountain maker stop working I'm not happy at all with this product it was a waste of money :( ... is there a way it can be returned or replaced?
