Omega Paw Improved Roll 'n Clean Self Cleaning Litter Box, RA15-1, Regular

Overall, the box is pretty good. You have to roll it onto its side, pause to make sure the loose litter is in the filter, then roll it upside down and smack the bottom of the bin to get pieces unstuck from the bottom. then you roll it back upright and empty the container. however, if you don't empty it often enough, when you try to pull out the little drawer, you end up smearing poop along the top (think of a measuring cup in flour, how you scrape the top to make it even - that's what happens when you pull the "measuring cup" poop collector). Also, when you roll it, litter inevitably comes out the front: i wish there was a door to close the front while you roll it. also, same problem with the outside wearing down from rolling it on the floor. maybe it would be best to keep this on a large mat. I still like it, but it doesn't always work perfectly and it does let the small pieces of clumped litter escape the collection box so you still may have to do some hand scooping or replace the whole litter every so often. I do like it, and my kitties love it. So, I think it's worth it but just know it's not a perfect system. also, the side clamps are such a pain to try to open and close, that it's almost pointless to have the top lid come off and on, and it would be nice if it were more round and tightly sealed to make it easier to roll and to avoid spillage.

I had 3 self cleaning cat boxes previously. Paid 89.99 each. One lasted about 6 months, one about a year, the last is still going but is noisy. I started looking for replacements and found the " improved" model had even more problems. After months of looking and comparing and pricing new boxes I found this model. I can not believe I wasted so much time and money on the automatic pieces of crap!!! I ordered the first omega and was weary because of some of the reviews, but it was 40$ so why not. I CANNOT stress how much I love these!! It takes 1 min to set up, there is a marked line, my 6 year old ended up putting the 3rd one I bought together. I will never again waste my money on an electric litter box. Never!

Works well except some solids spill back into the box when rolled back upright. I don't know if the flap catches them or doesn't close completely. Using less litter reduces this, but then the litter sticks to the bottom and has to be scraped off. We're still experimenting with the amount of litter to use. We use the small litter that clumps, perhaps another type may perform better.

The only reason I’m giving this a 4 star is bc it’s small and my big orange cat don’t fitTo well and if u have an orange cat you know they can get pretty good size my black catIs a lot smaller and he has a hard time it’s small it works as showed thou no problems there u roll it and it all goes in the pull out cup I think they need a larger model thou

I love this box! It is so easy to clean! It easily popped together and my cats went in almost immediately! I have a very picky cat that will not use her box if it is not up to her standards. I can empty this one out easily whenever it is needed. Just roll it to the side (almost upside down) to sift the clean litter out. Sit it back to normal and pull the dispose drawer out!

The model is way to small. I have a larger one that works great. Easy to clean. Easy to operate.

Best litter box ever!

Was really excited for this cat box, the title said it was a large and it’s definitely not a large. Should be titled as a small, would be perfect for a kitten. My cat can’t even fit through the door.
